1 Acceptance and Binding Agreement

By accessing, visiting, registering an account on, or interacting with the Rankpod website (rankpod.in), mobile applications, progressive web apps, or associated digital services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have acquired explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian) and possess the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

These Terms of Service constitute an electronic contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules thereunder. Your continued usage of the Platform represents an irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2 Exclusive Intellectual Property Rights & Anti-Piracy

• Limited License: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and strictly personal license to access and practice questions purely for individual, non-commercial exam self-preparation.
• Absolute Prohibition on Scraping & Copying: You shall NOT copy, reproduce, scrape, crawl, mirror, capture screenshots, screen-record, transcribe, reverse-engineer, decompile, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of our question database or platform code.
• Legal Recourse for Piracy: Any unauthorized reproduction, unauthorized sharing of questions, or distribution through Telegram groups, WhatsApp channels, websites, or paper publications will result in immediate termination of access without refund, civil damages claims, and criminal prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and Information Technology Act, 2000.

3 Account Security & Device Concurrency Policy

Each account registered on Rankpod is strictly individual and non-transferable. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

4 Exam Integrity, Fair Play & Disqualification

Rankpod enforces fair play and meritocratic leaderboards. The platform employs automated integrity checks, including but not limited to:

The Owner reserves the absolute right, without prior notice, to cancel exam attempts, wipe compromised score records, disqualify users from leaderboards, and strip milestone badges if cheating, manipulation, or malpractice is suspected.

5 Subscription Plans, Payments & Strict No-Refund Policy

• UPI Reference (UTR) Verification: If you select direct UPI payment, access remains in pending verification status until verified by our finance team or automated payment provider webhook. Access is activated only after the UTR reference is confirmed as valid and credited. The Owner reserves the unilateral right to reject or revoke access if the UTR code provided is invalid, forged, duplicated, or uncredited.
• Price & Plan Adjustments: The Owner reserves the unrestricted right to modify subscription pricing, alter plan features, introduce promotional coupon limits, or retire plans at any time. Active paid subscriptions will continue at their current terms until expiration.
• Taxes: All payments are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly specified otherwise.

6 Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS" & "AS AVAILABLE")

Rankpod is an independent self-assessment and educational study portal. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC), UPSC, SSC, Banking bodies, or any government agency.

7 Limitation of Liability (Maximum Legal Protection)

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, under no circumstances shall Rankpod, its founders, owners, developers, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of test scores, rankings, academic opportunities, or career prospects.
• Loss of profits, revenue, reputation, or data.
• Network delays, device incompatibility, or server interruptions during mock tests.

8 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rankpod, its owner, operators, and agents against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Platform; (b) your violation of any provision of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right of Rankpod or any third party.

9 Unilateral Right to Suspend or Terminate Access

The Owner reserves the absolute and sole discretion to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account or access to Rankpod at any time, with or without notice or cause, particularly in instances of suspected piracy, abusive conduct, coupon fraud, or breach of these Terms, without any obligation to refund paid fees.

10 Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms, and all claims, disputes, or controversies arising out of or related to this Platform, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal proceeding or suit arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent civil courts located in Kerala, India. You hereby irrevocably waive any objection to the venue or personal jurisdiction of such courts.
